This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication. You’ll enjoy the flexibility of remote work while coordinating large-scale trips.

Responsibilities:

• Plan and coordinate group travel packages

• Handle contracts, group discounts, and special perks

• Assist with payment plans and booking deadlines

• Provide client support before and during travel

• Research destinations and accommodations for groups

• Work with suppliers to secure the best group rates

Qualifications:

• Must reside in USA, UK, Latin America, Australia, or Mexico

• Strong organizational and time-management skills

• Excellent written and verbal communication

• Ability to work under deadlines and manage multiple groups

• Previous event planning or travel experience is helpful
